This was the first stop on a date night for my husband and I. We ordered drinks and appetizers I had the Italian Station drink and he had the Beaufort Bull. They were fantastic. For an appetizers we ordered the chicken liver paté it was also delicious. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

We were in town for one night and man did we choose the right place. From the second we walked in we were greeted with the Southern Hospitality that you would expect. While we waited for our seats, the bartender Phil made us amazing cocktails. We ended up sitting at the bar which we loved because watching the two bartenders perfectly and timely craft cocktails was quite entertaining and impressive. Based off of Phil’s recommendations, we ordered the gnocchi and lamb, both of which were superb. My boyfriend and I have many date nights and we both agree this was the best food and service we’ve had in ages.

What a wonderful mid week birthday dinner at OBT. We sat on the patio to be able to enjoy beautiful spring weather. Our food was delicious, as always. Our server, Malory, knew the menu inside and out and was attentive & engaging. We’ll be sure to ask for her next visit!

Great food and atmosphere. This place was fun and very unique. This is a amazing hidden gem in a beautiful city. I met one of the owners while looking around the bar. He was very polite, informative, thankful, and fantastic to talk to. I also spoke with one of the female bartenders who was fun to talk to and very informative about the area. I already had dinner but do to the unique menu I chose to order two of their apitizers to take back to my hotel. The appetizers did not disappoint. I will will definitely be back to try their full menu with family/friends!
The only reason I rated the food 4/5 is due to not having any of their main dishes to accurately vouch for. When I return and have their full menu with friends/family I will update this post!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Derek was amazing and took care of us! We had wonderful pizza and the shrimp ceviche to start, steak for the entree, and several delicious desserts! Plus the espresso martini is the best in town! Old Bull is a must when visiting Beaufort or if you’re a local!

What a wonderful experience my wife and I had on our last day of vacation! We tried to make a reservation a while ago, but the only time available was a 5 PM slot, which we gladly accepted.
When we arrived 15 minutes before 5:00, there was already a line of people waiting to get into the restaurant. The doors opened promptly at 5 PM, and everyone was seated quickly.
Wow, we both enjoyed a delicious meal, and the service was excellent. My wife ordered the pork chops, and let me tell you, they were delicious—at least from the few bites she shared with me! I had the Angus beef, which was very good, but I think I would have preferred the pork chops my wife had.
We also shared the tiramisu for dessert, which was quite tasty as well.
I definitely recommend making reservations early and preparing for a delicious meal and a fun evening!

On a lark, anchored out in the harbor, we decided to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with a night out on the town. Last minute for sure, but we had champagne aboard, cold as plan B.
We arrived to a packed house. No reservation, busy weekend, and just two seats at the bar for the three of us. They told us to sit outside, and when room opened up they would call us in.
It was hot and humid, but a gentle breeze kept us from melting. Mike the Barman came out and took our drink orders. What a collection!
We told him our plight, and within a few minutes those two seats became three. We sat down to one of the best meals we’ve had anywhere up and down the East Coast.
Great variety, too. My son had pizza, my bride a salad, and I had the filet mignon. Every plate came with its own delightful sauces and flavors.
This is a place not to miss. Great service, great food, great cocktails, wine and beers.

The Corn Beef was amazing. Best I ever had. The Butter Scotch Pudding was the real deal. The recipe has been in the family for generations

This is the perfect example of "Don't judge a book by it's cover". In town for short trip and someone recommended this place. We found it before it opened and we're not impressed. My wife thought they were out if business. Then a few other people arrived to what of them to open as well. Once open we went in and were first surprised to be asked about a reservation. (At a tavern?) Nipe but they could seat us. It was immediately my kind of place, Old school tavern look. We'll dressed staff, clean looking welcoming hosts. Wow did the place fill up fast. Food was fantastic. I had a burger and wife salmon. Two drinks and desert. $120 was a fair price. Service was great and wait staff was friendly, prompt and answered any questions. (Wife is gf)
Highly recommended!
